Your mission

• Process modeling: Identification, modeling and improvement of business processes.
• Data analysis: Analyzing business data to identify patterns, trends and insights.
• Business case creation: Developing business arguments for proposed business decisions or projects.
• Communication with stakeholders: Close collaboration and communication with various partners to understand their needs and requirements.
• Project management support: Working closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
• Risk analysis: Identification, assessment and management of risks related to business processes and projects.
• Market and competitive intelligence analysis: analysis of commercial opportunities and monitoring of competitive products and modalities.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s,  master’s or PhD degree in the fields of (business) mathematics, (business) informatics, business administration or science-related fields 
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst preferable in Biotech or Pharma 
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a high degree of initiative and the ability to self-organize and prioritize.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems and develop well-founded solutions.
• Experienced personality with ability to work within a dynamic team and external stake holders.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, initiative as well as analytical, creative and conceptual skills
• Proficient computer skills (excellent knowledge level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and fluent in English with excellent oral and written skills; good level of German.
