Your mission
We are looking for a Office Manager/Team Assistant to join our CatalYm team. You will perform various administrative tasks to support our employees on a daily basis. To succeed in this role, you should have a flair for helping people, providing administrative support and organizing work. You will collaborate with employees from different intercultural teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Ultimately, you should assist employees with their projects and ensure our company’s departments run smoothly. And the most important part: we would love you doing this with the bottom of your heart.

- Organizational and administrative support of the team in all matters
- Facility management (e.g. planning of new office space, ordering office furniture)
- Contact with external service providers such as IT
- Pre-accounting tasks (e.g. scanning, uploading and filing invoices)
- Travel planning and organization, also in cooperation with the travel agency
- Mail management
- Ordering office supplies and snacks/beverages
- Coordinating appointments and preparing for and following up on meetings
- Contract management (e.g. scanning and filing)
